Transitions (Employability & Occupation)

Our Transitions program focuses on building strong relationships with students to understand their interests, preferences, and future aspirations. We support each learner in preparing for life beyond college, tailoring guidance to their individual goals and needs.

Some students take part in work experience placements—either within college, in the community, or both—gaining valuable insights and practical skills. For those who may not wish to enter the world of work, we still prioritise their voice and choice, helping them explore a variety of meaningful activities and make informed decisions about how they want to spend their time.
