Admissions

At Future Horizons College provision, we welcome applications from young people aged 19-25 with an EHCP. Courses are offered for three years.

We also accept applications from young people looking for adult social care provision after leaving education. We accept placements up to the age of 30 but these are reviewed annually to ensure we are still meeting the needs and aspirations of young people and that Future Horizons is still the right place for you.

We know how important the transition from school to college is so we encourage parents and carers to come and have a look at our provision as far in advance of a potential move as possible. This enables us to undertake our admissions process in good time.

Our staff will keep you updated throughout the transitions process and are on hand to answer any questions you may have.
