The Sensory and Communication Pathway provides an aspirational and challenging curriculum for learners with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties. Skilled and dedicated staff ensure that each learner has access to a profoundly personalised curriculum which is tailored to their individual needs.
The course offers many opportunities for integrated therapy support, supporting learners in developing physical and early communication skills. Our own Social Communication Lead works to ensure a high quality of learner-staff interaction using the Intensive Interaction approach.
Learners further benefit from a high quality of care support, including full personal care support, postural management programmes and medical interventions where required.
We welcome applications from young people aged 19-25 with complex needs and/or multiple disabilities who will benefit from a high level of specialist support.
