We have two sites in Leeds, West and South. Both are fully equipped and the site allocated depends on the needs of the student.
We aim to maximize individual outcomes and wellbeing through the following:
- Up to 50 weeks provision a year
- A person-centred approach to meet individual needs
- A range of in-house and community-based activities, tailored to enable clients to achieve their personal goals
- Preparation to move into adulthood with friends, relationships and community involvement
- A focus on promoting physical, mental and emotional wellbeing
- Support to families and carers to promote social and economic wellbeing
- Participation, where appropriate, in training and life skills activities to promote independence
- Qualified and experienced staff and a high staff-to-client ratio
Provision for young adults with complex needs
At Future Horizons Leeds we use a person-centred approach when planning and carrying out activities in order to meet the individuals needs and maximise their potential.
We prepare our VIPs to move in to adulthood through a range of in-house and community based activities, tailored to enable the VIPs to achieve their personal goals.
