Future Horizons Leeds provides holistic, person-centred curriculum based education and care for young adults with complex learning and/or physical difficulties.

Welcome to Future Horizons Leeds

We prioritise the well-being and personal progress of every young person through organised activities, structured leisure time and physical therapies.

We provide curriculum-based learning for students aged 19-25.

There are four pathways available, all assessed depending on the individual’s needs.

We have two sites in Leeds, West and South. Both are fully equipped and the site allocated depends on the needs of the student.

We aim to maximize individual outcomes and wellbeing through the following:

Provision for young adults with complex needs

At Future Horizons Leeds we use a person-centred approach when planning and carrying out activities in order to meet the individuals needs and maximise their potential.

We prepare our learners to move in to adulthood through a range of in-house and community based activities, tailored to enable them to achieve their personal goals.
