At Future Horizons Leeds
We use a person-centred approach when planning and carrying out learning, activities and social communication goals for our young people.
We provide specialised education programmes for those who are continuing on their learning journey and have an EHCP in place, and that can continue until the age of 25.
For those who have completed their education, there is still a lot of learning to do and that comes through teaching life skills, forming friendship groups and engaging in lots of social interaction.
We aim to maximise the potential of everyone attending Future Horizons and do so with specific targeted pathways, allowing us to enable, empower and include to the best of our abilities.

We have two sites in Leeds, West and South. Both are fully equipped and the site allocated depends on the needs of the student.
